基于中介调节的大学英语教师科研意识变化叙事探究

【摘要】 科研是每位教师的重要任务，该研究采用叙事探究的方法，研究大学英语教师科研能力发展的过程及其影响因素。研究在大学英语教师访学故事的基础上，探究该教师在中介调节的作用下，从科研意识淡薄、科研畏惧、“教研一体”到科研实践的科研能力发展过程。研究发现，中介调节是研究对象转变科研观念、确立研究方向的原动力，而行动力则是教师参与科研实践的根本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Doing research is a priority for each teacher. Taking a narrative research method, the study explores EFL teachers’ research ability development and various influences on such development. Based on a college English teacher’ stories of being a visiting scholar, the study focus on the process of her research ability development, from being ignorant, dreadful of academic research to integrating teaching and researching and getting involved in research practice. The study indicates that regulations are the impulsion for teachers to change their research concept and establish their research orientation while actions are the key for teachers to practice in the research.更多还原
