【Abstract】 Closely focusing on the core of students’ success as talents, the "3422" model has been constructed to shape the morality and to promote the teaching ability for teachers majoring in materials science during the implement of specialized course with ideological and political education. The model includes three-level progressive planning and design, four-level linkage and coordinated implementation, and two-dimensional scientific evaluation. Finally, two direct findings have been obtained, which covers an assistance team for curriculum ideological and political and a resource database of curriculum ideological and political for the teachers majoring in materials sciences. It has realized that the implement of the curriculum ideological and political the advantages of its construction with overall planning, the teachers’ educational cognition with fairly high level, and excellent examples and helpful assistance for teachers’ practices and an effective evaluation for the specialized course with ideological and political education.更多还原
