车辆学科竞赛对大学生综合能力培养研究——以北京理工大学巴哈赛车为例

【摘要】 该文针对未来工程科技人才的能力需求，分析目前高等院校人才培养中工程实践作用发挥不够、学科交叉融合欠缺、创新能力训练不足及忽视业务能力培养等综合能力培养的问题。以北京理工大学巴哈车队为例，介绍车辆学科竞赛对工程实践能力、交叉学科融合自学能力、创新能力及业务能力等综合能力培养的支撑和促进作用。提出以学科竞赛驱动的综合能力培养的人才培养改革方案，更好地完成全员育人、全程育人和全方位育人，全面提高学生的综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problems of comprehensive ability training, such as the insufficient role of engineering practice, the lack of interdisciplinary integration, the lack of innovation ability training, and the neglect of professional ability training. Taking Baja team of Beijing University of Technology as an example, this paper introduces the supporting and promoting role of vehicle discipline competition in the cultivation of comprehensive abilities such as engineering practice ability, interdisciplinary integration, self-study ability, innovation ability and professional ability. The study puts forward the talent training reform scheme of comprehensive ability training driven by discipline competition, so as to better complete the whole staff education, the whole process education and all-round education, and comprehensively improve the students’ comprehensive quality.更多还原
