面向解决复杂工程问题能力培养的教学创新设计与实践——以油库设计与管理课程为例
Teaching Innovation Design and Practice Oriented to the Ability Cultivation of Solving Complex Engineering Problems——Taking Oil Depot Design and Management Course as an Example
【摘要】 本教学团队深入贯彻OBE教育理念和立德树人基本思想,以促进学生高阶能力发展为宗旨、以提升学生实践创新能力为目标,经过长期的探索与实践,形成“回归工程、融合创新”的育人理念。构建校外实践、校内实训、油库仿真和精品实验“四位一体”的课程实践体系,创建以油库电子沙盘为枢纽的“面体交叉,动静结合”实景教学资源;充分利用企业优质资源,组建跨界教学团队,创建了校企“三协同”育人机制,形成“一课多师”的师资结构;创设成长式任务导向(GPBL)教学模式,设计阶段教学任务和劣构问题,引导学生以“工程师角色”自主学习,实现能力提升。人才培养质量得到社会行业的广泛赞誉,研究成果得到同行和专家的高度认可,具有良好示范性和辐射作用。
【Abstract】 Our teaching team thoroughly implements the OBE educational philosophy and the basic ideas of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, with the purpose of promoting the development of students’ high-level ability, and the goal of improving students’ practical and innovative ability. After long-term exploration and practice, it has formed a concept of educating people named "return to engineering, integrated innovation". We constructed a "four-in-one" curriculum practice system of off-campus practice, on-campus training, oil depot simulation and high-quality experiments, and created a real-world teaching resource of "surface-body cross, dynamic and static combination" with the oil depot electronic sand table as the hub.We make full use of the company’s high-quality resources, create a cross-industry teaching team and a school-enterprise "three coordination" education mechanism, and a "one lesson with multiple teachers" teacher structure was formed. We created a growing problem based learning(GPBL) teaching model, designed teaching tasks and ill-structured problem in the design stage, and guided students to learn independently in the "engineer role" to achieve ability improvement. The quality of personnel training has been widely praised by the social industry, and the research results have been highly recognized by peers and experts, which have a good demonstrative and radiating effect.
