农艺与种业领域农业硕士毕业评价体系构建及模拟——以南京农业大学园艺学院为例

【摘要】 良好的毕业评价体系是专业学位硕士研究生（专硕）培养质量的保障。现阶段，农艺与种业专硕的毕业评价并没有明确的制度和方案可供参考。通过文献研究、网站查阅等方法，发现各大高校对专硕毕业时是否应有成果发表要求不一，对实践环节的考核难度较大。文章以南京农业大学农艺与种业（园艺方向）专业学位为例，采取问卷调查法，针对专硕实践培养和毕业成果要求，从导师和学生两个角度展开调查，分析园艺方向专硕培养及毕业评价中存在的问题，并结合园艺专业自身特点，在广泛调研基础上充分论证，提出从课程学习、开题报告、中期考核、校外实践、个人成果、毕业论文六个方面构建“六位一体”的毕业评价体系，并对该评价体系进行模拟验证。以期为我国农艺与种业专业学位硕士研究生教育的深化改革提供借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 A good graduation evaluation system is the guarantee of the training quality of professional degree postgraduates.There is no definite system and scheme for graduation evaluation of agronomy and seed industry master. Through the methods of literature research and website search, it is found that there are different requirements on whether the results should be published before graduation, and it is difficult to assess the practice link. Taking the agronomy and seed industry(Horticulture direction) of Nanjing Agricultural University as an example, the questionnaire survey method was adopted to analyze the problems existing in the training and graduation evaluation of horticulture professional degree from the perspectives of tutors and students. Combined with the characteristics of Horticulture Specialty and based on extensive investigation and research, this paper puts forward a "six in one" graduation evaluation system from six aspects: course learning, topic opening report, mid-term assessment, off campus practice, personal achievements and graduation thesis, and carries out simulation verification on this evaluation system. This system hopes to provide reference for deepening the reform of education of agronomy and seed industry professional degree postgraduates.更多还原
