旅游财务管理课程混合式教学模式设计及应用研究

【摘要】 传统教学模式主要以教师为中心，无法充分调动学生学习的主动性，混合式教学模式融合传统教学和网络教学的优势，可以有效提升学习积极性从而提升教学质量。旅游财务管理课程教学实践中，构建“课堂学习+线上自学+实训项目”三位一体的混合式教学模式，使其融入“课前+课中+课后”的完整教学环节。从教学实施效果来看，混合式教学模式一定程度上提高学生学习成绩，学习积极性也有所提升。但是混合式教学模式对于教师、学生都有一定的要求，尤其需要教师更新教学理念、提升综合素质、不断优化教学设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional teaching mode is mainly teacher-centered, which can not fully enhance students’ learning initiative. The hybrid teaching mode combines the advantages of traditional teaching and network teaching, which can effectively enhance the learning enthusiasm and improve the teaching quality. In the teaching practice of the course of Tourism Financial Management, we should build a trinity mixed teaching mode of "classroom learning + online self-study + practical training project", so as to integrate it into the complete teaching of "before class + in class + after class". From the perspective of teaching effect, the blended teaching mode improves students’ academic performance and learning enthusiasm to a certain extent. However, the mixed teaching mode has certain requirements for both teachers and students, especially for teachers to update teaching ideas, improve comprehensive quality, and constantly optimize teaching design.更多还原
