全员督导制——院级教学专业督导新模式

【摘要】 全员督导制是同济大学航空航天与力学学院在总结学校教学督导局限性的基础上，在借鉴国内外多种教学督导模式的基础上，提出的院级教学专业督导模式，作为对学校教学督导听课评价的补充，使得教学督导的评价更全面更深入到教学内容中，从专业的角度起到提高教师教学水平和教学质量的作用。文章通过全员督导制的提出、建立、实施以及成效进行阐述，展示该模式所具有的创新点和特色。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of summing up the limitations of teaching supervision and learning from a variety of teaching supervision modes at home and abroad, the supervision system of whole is proposed by School of Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mechanics of TONGJI UNIVERSITY. As a supplement to the evaluation of teaching supervision, it makes the evaluation of teaching supervision more comprehensive and deeper into the teaching content. It improves the teaching level and teaching quality of teachers from the professional point of view. In this paper, through the introduction, establishment,implementation and effectiveness of the supervision system of whole, it shows the innovation and characteristics of the mode.更多还原
