省属高校环境工程(中外合作办学)专业就业现状分析——以湖北大学为例

【摘要】 通过网络问卷和实地访谈等形式调查湖北大学环境工程(中外合作办学)专业2016-2020年毕业生就业情况并分析就业难点。调查发现,毕业生中升学比例(含出国、考研)约为60%,进入环保企业就业比例21%,跨专业就业比例18%,政府资源管理部门就业比例不到1%。毕业生选择的方向与环境专业的相关率达到80%。目前环境工程(中外合作办学)专业就业难点主要集中在课程设置与社会需求存在偏差、学生综合能力达不到用人单位要求、学生职业规划不足三个方面。建议强化专业英语教学、优化实践课程体系、完善就业指导等,提升就业质量。调查结果为湖北大学环境工程专业培养方案的修订提供重要参考。

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the employment situation of graduates of environmental engineering(Sino-foreign cooperative education) majoring in Hubei University in recent five years by means of network questionnaire and field interview, and analyzes the employment difficulties. According to the survey, about 60% of the graduates go to higher education(including going abroad and taking the postgraduate entrance examination), 21% of them are employed in environmental protection enterprises, 18% are employed in cross majors, and less than 1% is employed in departments of the government resource management. The correlation rate between the direction of graduates’ choice and the major of environment is 80%. At present, the employment difficulties of environmental engineering(Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) mainly focus on three aspects: the deviation between curriculum and social needs, the students’ comprehensive ability can not meet the requirements of employers, and the students’ career planning is insufficient. It is suggested to strengthen the teaching of professional English, optimize the practical curriculum system, and improve the employment guidance to improve the quality of employment. The results provide an important reference for the revision of the training program of environmental engineering specialty in Hubei University.
