专业硕士工程伦理课程阳光考核机制及全员参与创新教学模式设计

【摘要】 工程伦理课程引入我国时间较短,现有研究主要集中在国外工程伦理研究进展、工程伦理本土化、工程伦理课程体系建设及教育实践创新等方面。实际教学中存在学生伦理意识和分析能力薄弱、课程重视程度不足、工程伦理思想普及不够等问题,鲜有针对考核机制和教师全员工程伦理教育展开的研究,而根据工程伦理课程特点和最终目标,考核机制和全员参与是工程伦理课程设置的重要环节。内蒙古工业大学化工学院专业硕士工程伦理课程通过完善教学体系,营造工程伦理学习氛围,建立精彩案例分析,打造阳光考核机制,鼓励全员参与工程伦理学习,增强了教师、学生的工程伦理意识,提高了全员工程伦理的决策能力。该方法在内蒙古工业大学化工学院专业硕士教学中进行了实际应用,并取得了较好的教学效果。

【Abstract】 Engineering Ethics course has been introduced in China for a short time, and the existing researches mainly focus on the research progress of engineering ethics abroad, localization of engineering ethics, construction of engineering ethics course system and innovation of educational practice. In the actual teaching, ethical consciousness and analytical ability of student are weak, students pay insufficient attention to the curriculum, and the engineering ethical thoughts are not widely used. There are few researches on the assessment mechanism and the engineering ethics education of all teachers. According to the characteristics and ultimate goal of the course, the assessment mechanism and the participation of all staff are the important links in the course setting of Engineering Ethics. The course of Engineering Ethics for professional masters in College of Chemical Engineering, Inner Mongolia University of Technology aims to create a learning atmosphere of engineering ethics, establish a wonderful case analysis, improve the teaching system, build a sunshine assessment mechanism, and encourage all staff to participate in the study of engineering ethics. It enhances the consciousness of engineering ethics of teachers and students, and improves the decision-making ability of engineering ethics of all staff. This method has been applied in the teaching of professional masters in College of Chemical Engineering, Inner Mongolia University of Technology and has achieved good teaching effect.
