超临界CO2微量润滑铣削Al-42wt% Si合金切削加工性研究
Study on Milling Performance of Al-42wt% Si Alloy with Supercritical CO2 Minimum Quantity Lubrication
【摘要】 本文开展Al-42wt%Si合金超临界CO2微量润滑(scCO2-MQL)铣削适用性研究,进行干切削、超临界CO2(scCO2)和scCO2-MQL铣削实验,通过全因素实验分析切削参数与冷却润滑方式对切削力、表面形貌的影响。结果表明:scCO2-MQL方法可有效减小切削力,采用scCO2-MQL加工Al-42wt%Si合金时宜采用较低的每齿进给量。对比可得,采用干铣削Al-42wt%Si合金时,切削速度为50m/min、每齿进给量为0.01mm/z的工件表面质量最好,其表面粗糙度值为0.321μm。scCO2-MQL方法对高硅铝合金加工的适用性与硬质颗粒质量分数、铝基体表面形成特征有关。
【Abstract】 The applicability of supercritical CO2 micro lubrication(scCO2-MQL) milling of Al-42 wt% Si alloy is studied, and the experiments of dry cutting, supercritical scCO2 and scCO2-MQL milling are carried out.The effects of cutting parameters and cooling and lubrication methods on cutting force and surface morphology are analyzed by all factor experiment.The results show that scCO2-MQL method can effectively reduce the cutting force.At the same time, when using scCO2-MQL to process Al-42 wt% Si alloy, it is appropriate to use a lower feed rate per tooth.By comparison, when dry milling Al-42 wt% Si alloy is adopted, the cutting speed is 50 m/min and the feed rate per tooth is 0.01 mm/z, the surface quality of the workpiece is the best, and its surface roughness value is 0.321μm.The applicability of scCO2-MQL method to the processing of high silicon aluminum alloy is related to the weight percentage of reinforced particles and the surface formation characteristics of aluminum substrate.
