【Abstract】 The global attribute of climate change decides a close relationship between climate change and international finance. “Climate change and international finance” as a new domain, which is not made much focus on yet, has come up as a rapidly developing research field and is in its crucial stage of research findings booming and theoretical architecture construction. Climate change involved international financial issues could be divided into two categories in narrow sense and broad sense. This review mainly studies from a narrow sense perspective and summarizes 90 papers from four aspects: climate change and international balance of payments, climate change and exchange rate, climate change and cross-border financial relationship, and climate change and global financial governance.Conclusion observed and made by this work includes: as for international balance of payments, cross border commodity flows reflected by current account is more apt to be affected by physical risks of climate change, while cross border capital flows reflected by financial account is more apt to be affected by transformation risks of climate policy; as for exchange rate, climate change brings new challenges for exchange rate decision theory and exchange rate policy; as for cross border financial relationship, traditional cross border financial channels function on links between countries, while climate change promotes formation of new interaction mechanisms such as cross border climate financing and climate involved cross border transmission of financial risks; as for global financial governance, shocks brought by climate change are brand new impetus for global financial governance reform, and the important reforming directions include international finance governing cooperation, international finance policy coordination, and international monetary system reform.Through discussing climate change and international finance relevance, this work presents important issues and research directions brought by this new field, looks into its future development tendencies, establishes a theoretical system and research framework of this new domain, and provides comparatively adequate literature preparation for subsequent research work.更多还原
