【Abstract】 As an important school of historiography, global historiography has been given more and more attention worldwide. The American historian William H. McNeill created a precedent for the study of global history which exerted a profound influence on the paradigm and writing of contemporary historical research. He used the global historical view to guide the study of Chinese history. His series of works on the study of Chinese history cover the major aspects of Chinese history while focusing on details, and more importantly, the interaction between Chinese and world civilizations, which reflects not only his global view of history, but also provides new ideas for the study of Chinese history.更多还原
