【摘要】 兰西城市群产业结构优化升级是黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展战略的内在要求。本文采用改进的结构相似系数法测度兰西城市群产业结构升级水平，并分析其时空分布特征，探讨不同因素对产业结构升级的影响，通过灰色关联分析进一步明确各因素的影响程度大小。研究发现，兰西城市群产业结构高级化水平为6.691，略高于全国平均水平6.610，区域内存在明显的空间分布差异。影响因素中，金融发展水平的产业结构高级化效应最显著，其次是城镇化水平、全社会投资规模以及信息化水平，居民消费水平的影响程度最小。财政支出规模与产业结构升级的正向关系尚不显著。在此基础上，提出了改善财政支出结构等产业结构升级路径建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration is the inherent requirement of the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin. The improved structural similarity coefficient method is used to measure the upgrading level of the industrial structure of Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration,and to analyze its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics,the influence of different factors on the upgrading of industrial structure is discussed,and the degree of influence of each factor is further clarified through grey relational analysis. The study finds that the advanced level of the industrial structure of Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration is 6. 691,slightly higher than the national average level of 6. 610,and there are obvious spatial distribution differences within the region. Among the influencing factors,the level of financial development has the most significant effect of upgrading the industrial structure,followed by the level of urbanization,the scale of investment in the whole society,and the level of informatization. The impact of the level of household consumption is the smallest. The positive relationship between the scale of fiscal expenditure and the upgrading of industrial structure is not yet significant. On this basis,it puts forward suggestions on improving the financial expenditure structure and other industrial structural advanced paths.更多还原
