【摘要】 为研究港口的运行效率，本文取环渤海地区12个港口为研究样本，运用数据包络分析法对港口效率进行测算。结果表明：环渤海地区各港口之间效率差异较大；剔除客观因素和随机因素之后的效率值，对比得出港口的投入与规模之间不匹配，港口规模有待优化；动态效率分析中，环渤海地区三大港口群中，山东半岛港口群发展态势较好，一直呈上升趋势，其次是津冀港口群，辽宁半岛港口群总体发展趋势较差。本文更加清晰地展示环渤海地区港口发展情况，为日后港口发展和政策的制定提供重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the efficiency of ports,this paper takes 12 ports in Bohai Rim region as research samples and calculates port efficiency respectively by using data envelopment analysis method. The results show that there are great differences in efficiency among ports in Bohai Rim region. After eliminating objective factors and random factors,compared to the first stage,it is concluded that there is a mismatch between port input and port scale,and the port scale needs to be optimized. In the dynamic efficiency analysis,among the three port groups in the Bohai Rim region,the Shandong Peninsula port group has a good development trend followed by the Tianjin-Hebei port group,and the Liaoning Peninsula port group has a poor overall development trend. It helps us to have a clearer understanding of port development in Bohai Rim region and provides important basis for port development and policy making in the future.更多还原
