【摘要】 本文以2004～2020年中国29个省、自治区、直辖市为研究对象，使用SBM函数和GML生产率指数测算中国各省、自治区、直辖市的绿色全要素生产率，运用线性模型分析水平型FDI和垂直型FDI对绿色技术溢出的影响，最后运用面板门槛模型，以环境规制为门槛变量，分析水平型FDI和垂直型FDI绿色技术溢出的合理环境规制区间，结果发现：（1）水平型FDI相较于垂直型FDI更能发挥出绿色技术溢出效应；（2）两类FDI对绿色技术溢出存在显著的环境规制双门槛效应。当环境规制强度超过第一门槛之后，两类FDI均能发挥绿色技术溢出效应，但仅水平型FDI显著；而当环境规制强度提高到第二门槛值后，水平型的FDI继续发挥显著的绿色技术溢出效应，垂直型FDI由正向不显著的绿色技术溢出转为发挥出显著的绿色技术溢出效应。本文的研究结论对于引导和利用外资、制订相关政策有着深刻的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on 2004 ～ 2020 Chinese 29 states,autonomous regions and municipalities as the study filed,the first to use SBM function and GML productivity index from Chinese states,autonomous regions and local governments that are directly subordinate to the central administration.s green total factor productivity,then by using linear model to analyze the impact of horizontal FDI and vertical FDI on green technology spillover,finally using panel Taking environmental regulation as the threshold variable,the reasonable environmental regulation range of green technology spillover of horizontal FDI and vertical FDI is analyzed. The results show that:(1)horizontal FDI can play a better role in green technology spillover than vertical FDI.(2)The green technology spillover effect of the two types of FDI has significant environmental regulation threshold effect. While the strength of environmental regulations surpasses the initial threshold,two groups of FDI can have a knock-on effect on green technologies,but only horizontal FDI is significant. However,the moment the strength of the environmental regulations rises to the next threshold,horizontal FDI continues to play a significant green technology spillover effect,and vertical FDI.s green technology spillover effect changes from a positive insignificant spillover to a significant spillover effect. This conclusion has profound practical significance for guiding and utilizing foreign investment and formulating relevant policies.更多还原
