【摘要】 本研究以山西省唯一的公费师范生培养试点单位——S校277名学生为研究对象，通过问卷调查、访谈等形式了解学生对现行培养模式的满意度，并对比分析师范生对教师职业能力提升意愿与学校实际培养效果的吻合度。结果显示：该校实际培养达成情况与学生的主体意愿基本吻合，对教学能力的培养意愿强度与培养效果评价均位于首位，学生满意度较高；而管理能力和创新与研究能力培养效果有所欠缺。综合多方因素，本研究针对地方师范院校提出相应的改进策略，即更新培养理念、调整课程结构、协同基础教育、开展特色活动、加强师资力量等，以期为高校公费师范生培养模式改革提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research aimed at 277 students from S University, the only pilot unit of free normal education in Shanxi Province. Through questionnaire survey and interview to find out the students’ evaluation on the current training mode. The consistency between the training intention of teachers’ professional ability and the actual training effect were compared and analyzed. The study concluded that the actual training situation of the university was roughly consistent with the students’ subjective will, the intensity of the training intention and the evaluation of the training effect of teaching ability were in the first place, and the students’ satisfaction was high. However, the training effect of management ability, innovation ability and research ability were insufficient. In order to provide reference for the reform of the training mode of free normal university students, this study put forward corresponding improvement strategies that including updating the training concept, adjusting the curriculum structure, cooperating with basic education, carrying out characteristic activities and strengthening the faculty.更多还原
