基于传统煎药工艺的锦灯笼饮片标准汤剂质量研究

【摘要】 目的 制备锦灯笼饮片的标准汤剂,并对此进行质量研究。方法 依照标准汤剂的制备要求,制备15批5个不同产地的锦灯笼饮片标准汤剂,测定其木犀草苷含量,计算其转移率以及出膏率,并建立其HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。结果 通过对15批锦灯笼标准汤剂进行测定,木犀草苷的转移率为34.4%~53.4%,出膏率为16.0%~24.1%;并用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件进行指纹图谱分析,标定了10个共有峰,指认了其中3个峰,对15批锦灯笼饮片标准汤剂进行了相似度的评价,相似度均大于0.90。结论 所用方法简便、精密度高和重复性好,适用于锦灯笼饮片标准汤剂的质量研究,为锦灯笼配方颗粒的质量评价提供参考。

【Abstract】 Obiective To study the preparation and quality standard of the standard decoction of Physalis Calyxseuf Ructus. Methods According to the preparation requirements of standard decoctions, 15 batches of standard decoctions of Physalis Calyxseuf Ructus decoction pieces from different origins were prepared, their luteoloside contents were determined, then its transfer rates and extract rates were calculated and the HPLC fingerprint spectrum analysis method was established. Results According to the measurement of 15 batches of Physalis Calyxseuf Ructus standard decoction, the transfer rate was 34.4% ~ 53.4%, and extraction rate was 16.0% ~24.1%. The Similarity Evaluation for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM was used to analyze and compare the fingerprint spectrum. There were 10 common peaks, 3 of which were identified, the similarities were all over 0.90.Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be applied to quality study of standard decoction of Physalis Calyxseuf Ructus and provide a reference for the quality control of dispensing granules of Physalis Calyxseuf Ructus.
