基于偏振的时间相关单光子计数成像实验研究(特邀)
Experimental Study of Time-correlated Single Photon Counting Imaging(Invited)
【摘要】 采用时间相关单光子计数技术的激光雷达具有更高的灵敏度,而利用偏振探测技术可以增加对目标的识别能力。搭建了基于偏振检测的时间相关单光子计数成像系统,对不同材质、相同和不同深度的目标进行了成像。结果表明,在单脉冲回波光子数0.04个的情况下,能够利用偏振探测方法获得目标回波的偏振信息,且对比强度图像和深度图像,偏振图像中目标的边缘更加清晰。
【Abstract】 The laser radar using time-correlated single-photon counting technology has higher sensitivity, and the ability of target recognition can be increased by using polarization detection technology. A time-correlated single-photon counting imaging system based on polarization detection is built to image targets of different materials,the same depths and different depths. The results show that when the number of photons in a single pulse echo is0.04, the polarization information of the target echo can be obtained by using the polarization detection method, and compared with the intensity image and the depth image, the edge of the target in the polarization image is clearer.
