多功能大口径高压钢岔管有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Multifunctional Large Diameter and High Pressure Steel Bifurcated Pipe
【摘要】 结合某引调水工程中的多功能岔管实例,建立三维模型,利用ANSYS软件进行模拟分析,通过正常运行工况、水压试验工况、停水检修工况下的受力分析计算得到钢岔管管壁的应力,并按规范要求进行管壁厚度的复核。
【Abstract】 Combined with an example of a multifunctional bifurcated pipe in a water diversion project, this paper uses ANSYS software to establish a three-dimensional model for analysis, and obtains the stress of the steel bifurcated pipe wall under normal operating conditions and hydraulic test conditions. Finally, compare with the specification requirements to determine the wall thickness of the steel bifurcated pipe.
