“产教融合共同体”育人模式的构建与实践

【摘要】 产教融合是我国高等教育发展的根本要求,也是适应我国畜牧产业转型升级对人才培养需求的迫切需要。针对我国高等农业院校动物科学类人才培养的现状,研究提出了“供需反转、互融互促”的育人新理念,前置产业人才需求侧目标,校企联合搭建校内校外育人双平台,实施“双师资”和“双课堂”教学,实现校内校外育人资源的“两翼共振”。以“一懂两爱”为中心,依托产教融合构筑思政、理论、实践、双创和素质教育“五位一体”的育人体系,创立“三融合、六阶段”人才培养模式,持续推动动物生产类人才培养质量的不断提高。

【Abstract】 The industry-education integration is an essential requirement for developing higher education in China.It is also urgent to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of China’s Animal husbandry industry.According to the present status of the training system for talents in Animal science, this research proposes the concept of “revering training and demands, integrating training and demands”.It aims at the demand side of pre-industrial talents.Schools and enterprises jointly build a dual platform for on-campus and off-campus education, implement “double-qualified teacher” and “double class” teaching, and realize the “two wings resonance” of on-campus and off-campus education resources.With the centre of “having a good knowledge of agriculture, loving our rural areas, and caring about rural people”,relying on industry-education integration, it constructs the “five-in-one” education system of ideological and political, theory, practice, double creation, and quality education.It establishes the “three integration and six stages” talent training mode to persistently promote the continuous improvement of the training quality of Animal production talents.
