城市轨道交通振动测试数据峰值快速提取方法
Rapid Extraction Method of Peak Values of Urban Rail Transit Vibration Test Data
【摘要】 城市轨道交通振动测试数据数据量大,数据处理工作繁琐。分析了城市轨道交通振动测试数据的特点及各种数据处理方法的适用性,提出了适用于城市轨道交通振动测试数据的分析处理方法,并采用VB与Fortran交互算法编制了通用软件。通过该软件能够快速寻找力和位移类测试项目的峰值点,并进行统计分析;该软件还具有加速度的时频转换、三分之一倍频程计算和测试数据的统计分析等功能,使数据处理更加便捷。所提出的振动测试数据分析处理方法解决了全天侯列车振动测试轮轨力、位移和加速度峰值自动提取问题,提高了城市轨道交通振动测试数据处理效率。
【Abstract】 The vibration test data of urban rail transit has enormous amount, and the data processing work is cumbersome. The characteristics of urban rail transit vibration test data and the adaptability of various data processing methods are analyzed, and the data processing method suitable for the vibration test data is put forward. A general program is compiled by using VB and Fortran interactive algorithm. Peak value points of force and displacement test items can be located easily using this software, and statistical analysis is then carried out. The software also has functions of time-frequency conversion with acceleration, 1/3 octave calculation and test data statistical analysis, making data processing more convenient. The proposed vibration test data analysis processing method has solved the all-day train vibration test wheel-rail force, displacement and acceleration peak value automatic extraction problem, elevating the urban rail transit vibration test data processing efficiency.
