“双碳”目标融入传递过程的化工原理课程改革与探索

【摘要】 动量、质量和热量传递是化工原理课程的主要内容,其中涉及到的流体输送、精馏、吸收、膜分离、吸附等分离单元均与“双碳”目标有着密切的联系。因此,根据大连理工大学化工类各专业对“双碳”技术进步和行业发展提供急需高素质人才的新要求,以“三传”为主线,提出将“双碳”知识点、“双碳”思政融入各传递过程,并对各单元操作内容重构;建立包含“双碳”工程和科研成果案例的资源库;采用探索、实践启发性教学、多层次实践教学等教学方法提高课堂教学挑战度,从而打造“双碳”背景下化工原理授课新模式与新方法,实现“双碳”专业与产业型人才的培养。

【Abstract】 Momentum, mass and heat transfer are the main contents of principles of chemical engineering, in which the fluid transport, distillation, absorption,membrane separation, adsorption and other separation units are closely related to the goals of “double carbon”. Therefore, the new requirement of the majors in chemical engineering for Dalian University of Technology is to urgently provide high-quality talents for the technological progress of “double carbon” and the development of the industry. Based on the main line of “three transmissions”, we propose to integrate the knowledge and ideological and political contents of “double carbon” into each transmission process. In detail the contents of each unit operation will be reconstructed and a resource library containing cases of “double carbon”projects and scientific research achievements will be established. Meanwhile teaching methods such as exploration, practical inspirational teaching and practical teaching in multi-level will be adopted to improve the challenge of classroom teaching. As a result, a new mode and method for principles of chemical engineering in the context of “double carbon” will be created, and the cultivation of professional and industrial talents of “double carbon” will be realized.
