Na~+/K~+-ATPase β亚基研究进展
Research Progress of Na~+/K~+-ATP β Subunit
【摘要】 Na~+/K~+-ATP酶(Na~+/K~+-ATPase,NKA)是细胞膜上主要由α、β亚基组成的异二聚体,具有酶的活性和转运功能。α为催化亚基、β为调节亚基。其中α亚基研究的较为广泛。随着研究的深入,近年来对β亚基有了许多新的认识。β亚基不仅参与细胞内外Na~+/K~+交换的离子泵功能,还参与细胞连接和信号转导功能。深入研究β亚基分子结构特征、功能为疾病的发生发展及诊断等提供实验依据。
【Abstract】 The Na~+/K~+-ATPase(Na~+/K~+-ATPase, NKA) is a heterodimer mainly composed of α and β subunits on the cell membrane, with enzymatic activity and transport function. The α is the catalytic subunit and β is the regulatory subunit. The α subunit has been widely studied. With the deepening of research, many new understandings of β subunit have been obtained in recent years. The β subunit not only participates in the ion pump function of Na~+/K~+ exchange inside and outside the cell, but also participates in the function of cell connection and signal transduction. In-depth study of the molecular structure characteristics and functions of β subunits to provide experimental basis for the occurrence, development and diagnosis of diseases.
