煤系高岭土矿制备4A微孔分子筛及其表征
Preparation of 4A Microporous Molecular Sieves from Coal Series Kaolinite
【摘要】 通过对高岭土筛分后与氢氧化钠混合物进行焙烧,以及水热合成法晶化,最终得到纯度较高的4A分子筛。采取X射线衍射法、扫描电镜等对制备得到的偏高岭土、分子筛产物进行表征,探究其结构、形貌等参数是否达到实验预期。实验最终确定高岭土制备4A分子筛的最佳合成条件为:培烧温度700℃,焙烧保温时间2h,碱化温度50℃,碱化时间48h,晶化温度90℃、晶化时间6 h。
【Abstract】 The high purity 4A molecular sieves have been prepared with roasting, and hydrothermal synthesis crystallization method from kaolin. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize the prepared metakaolin and molecular sieve products to explore whether their parameters, such as structure and morphology, met the experimental expectations. Finally, the optimal synthesis conditions for preparing 4A molecular sieve from kaolin were determined as follows: sintering temperature at 700 ℃, calcination holding time for 2 h, alkalization temperature at 50 ℃, alkalization time for 48 h,crystallization temperature at 90 ℃ and crystallization time for 6 h.
