应用化学综合实验能力培养的探索与实践

【摘要】 《合成化学实验》是应用化学专业高年级开设的一门专业核心课程,旨在培养该专业学生的综合实验能力。基于作者过去三年合成化学实验实践教学的实际情况,结合学生将来继续深造或者医药研发对于综合实验能力的现实需求,作者对合成化学实验课程的实践内容、教学方式方法、课程建设、课程管理和课程评价机制等方面进行了系统的改革。在四大基础化学实验课程的基础上,统筹化学综合实训(Ⅲ)(有机合成部分)和合成化学实验,初步构建了相对合理的应用化学专业综合合成实验能力培养的实践体系。

【Abstract】 “Experiment for Synthetic Chemistry” is a professional core course offered by the senior students of applied chemistry, which aims to cultivate the comprehensive experimental ability of students in this major. Based on the author’s practical teaching of synthetic chemistry experiments in the past three years,combined with the actual needs of students for comprehensive experimental ability in the process of further education or pharmaceutical research in the future. The author has systematically reformed the practical content, teaching methods, course construction, course management and course evaluation mechanism of the synthetic chemistry experiment course. On the basis of the four basic chemistry experiment courses, the comprehensive chemistry training(Ⅲ)(organic synthesis part) and synthetic chemistry experiments were coordinated, and a relatively reasonable practice system for comprehensive synthetic experiment ability training for applied chemistry majors was initially constructed.
