无固相钻完井液降解技术研究进展
Research Progress of Degradation Technology for Solid-free Drilling and Completion Fluid
【摘要】 钻完井过程中,为了降低钻完井液侵入地层带来的储层伤害,使无固相钻完井液技术得到快速发展。无固相钻完井液含有大量的聚合物增粘剂、降滤失剂,仍会污染储层。为了提高储层渗透率,减低聚合物对储层的伤害,本文综述了无固相钻井液完井工艺、无固相钻完井液破胶技术(包括氧化剂破胶、生物酶破胶)、无固相钻完井液酸解技术以及无固相钻完井液自降解技术,并展望了无固相钻完井液降解技术发展趋势。
【Abstract】 To reduce reservoir damage caused by drilling and completion fluid intrusion into the formation during the process of drilling and completion, the solid-free drilling and completion fluid technology had been developed rapidly. The solid-free drilling and completion fluids contained a large amount of polymer viscosifier and fluid loss reducer, which can still contaminate the reservoir. In order to improve the reservoir permeability and reduce the damage to reservoir, the solid-free drilling and completion technology, degumming technology of solid-free drilling and completion fluid(including oxidant degumming, biological enzyme degumming), solid-free drilling and completion fluid acid hydrolysis technology and solid-free drilling and completion fluid self-degradation technology were summarized in this paper. And the development trend of solid-free drilling and completion fluid degradation technology was expected.
