过热状态下输电导线接续管热疲劳损伤及场量仿真分析
Thermal Fatigue Injury of Conductor Splicing Tube in Overheat State and Simulation Analysis on Its Field Quantities
【摘要】 为研究过热运行状态下的输电导线接续管的热疲劳损伤机理,以LGJ-240/30型号导线及其配套的JY 240-30型号接续管为仿真分析对象,建立不同运行条件下的导线接续管实体模型,对其施加循环温度荷载,通过温度可循环次数反映接续管的热疲劳损伤状况。采用COMSOL软件探究不同温度荷载与不同导线拉力对导线接续管热疲劳损伤的影响,并对热疲劳损伤后输电导线接续管进行场量分析。研究结果明确了不同温度、不同拉力情况下,接续管热疲劳的发展规律以及接续管损伤位置与蠕变的相关性。该结果表明,依据导线接续管热疲劳损伤规律,能够便捷、快速分析特定参数下导线接续管的应力、位移、蠕变和热疲劳损伤情况。
【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanism of thermal fatigue injury of transmission conductor splicing tube under overheat operation state, taking LGJ-240/30 conductor and its supporting JY 240-30 splicing tube as the object for simulation analysis, the solid model of conductor splicing tube under different operation conditions was established, and cyclic temperature load was applied to the solid model. The thermal fatigue injury of the splicing tube could be reflected by the numbers of temperature cycling cycles. COMSOL software was used to explore the effects of different temperature loads and different conductor tensions on the thermal fatigue injury of the conductor splicing tube, and the field analysis of transmission conductor splicing tube after thermal fatigue injury was carried out. The research results clarify the development law of thermal fatigue of the splicing tube under different temperatures and different tensions, and the correlation between damage locations and creep.According to the thermal fatigue injury law, the stress, displacement, creep and thermal fatigue injury of the conductor splicing tube under specific parameters can be analyzed conveniently and quickly.
