有机肥配施化肥对土壤肥力和冬瓜品质的影响

【摘要】 为了评价蚕沙有机肥部分替代化肥对土壤肥力和作物品质的影响,以冬瓜为试验作物进行了调查试验,拟为蚕沙有机肥料的高效利用提供科学依据和理论指导。试验采用蚕沙有机肥上蚕力部分替代复合化肥,与纯施复合肥进行对照试验,以分析蚕沙有机肥部分替代对土壤肥力和冬瓜品质的影响。结果表明:蚕沙有机肥和复合肥配合施肥,土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、水解性氮、有效磷和速效钾在冬瓜收获后同批次取样数据都普遍高于纯施复合肥对照组,土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶的活力也高于纯施复合肥对照组,并且提高了冬瓜的维生素C含量、降低了总酸含量。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the effect of silkworm excrement organic fertilizer partially replacing chemical fertilizer on soil fertility and crop quality, an investigation and test was carried out with wax gourd as the experimental crop to provide scientific basis and theoretical guidance for the efficient utilization of silkworm excrement organic fertilizer. In the experiment, the silkworm excrement organic fertilizer was used to partially replace the compound fertilizer, and the control experiment was conducted with the pure compound fertilizer to analyze the effect of the partial substitution of silkworm excrement organic fertilizer on the soil fertility and the quality of wax gourd. The results showed that the sampling data of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, hydrolytic nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the same batch after harvest of wax gourd with co-application of silkworm excrement organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer than those in the control group with only compound fertilizer, the activities of soil urease, acid phosphatase and saccharase were also higher than those in the control group with only compound fertilizer, and the vitamin C content of wax gourd was increased and the total acid content was decreased.
