基于界面水蒸发的多孔光热材料水热平衡调控
Regulating the Balance Between Water and Heat in Porous Photothermal Materials Based on Interfacial Water Evaporation
【摘要】 光热驱动界面水蒸发是一种新型绿色水处理技术。蒸发表面的水分供需关系是影响蒸发速率的关键因素之一。本文以亲水聚乙烯醇改性的聚氨酯海绵为光热材料,基于毛细水运动规律,通过调控光热材料供水高度实现蒸发表面水分供需平衡。结果表明,当供水高度为10 mm时蒸发速率达到1.3 kg·m-2·h-1,并且在质量浓度为3.5%的NaCl溶液中仍可维持1.27kg·m-2·h-1的蒸发速率。本文为提升界面光热蒸发速率提供了新思路。
【Abstract】 Photothermal-driven interfacial water evaporation is a novel and green water treatment technology.The relationship between water supply and demand of the evaporation surface is one of the key factors affecting the evaporation rate.In this paper,a polyurethane sponge modified with hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol was used as the photothermal material.Based on the law of capillary water transportation,the balance between the water supply and demand of the evaporative surface was achieved by regulating the water supply height of the photothermal material.The results showed that when the water supply height was 10 mm,the evaporation rate reached 1.3 kg·m-2·h-1 and remained stable at 1.27 kg·m-2·h-1 when operating in the NaCl solution with a mass concentration of 3.5%.This paper provides a new idea for improving the interfacial photothermal evaporation rate.
