地震模拟振动台试验与基于ANSYS分析的串联电抗器抗震分析研究
Seismic simulation shaking-table test research and ANSYS-based seismic analysis of series reactors
【摘要】 对CKDGKL-110-9600/9.45-12串联电抗器进行了足尺模型的模拟地震振动台试验。介绍了试验设计、试验现象、结构动力特性、加速度响应、应变响应、换算安全系数。在试验基础上利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件进行对比仿真分析,计算结果和试验值相合较好。试验现象及数据分析结果表明CKDGKL-110-9600/9.45-12型串联电抗器结构设计合理,能满足规范规定抗震性能要求。本次试验可为同类电力设施性能研究提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 The full scale model shaking table test of CKDGKL-110-9600/9.45-12 series reactor is carried out. In this paper, the test design, test phenomena, structural dynamic characteristics, acceleration response, strain response and safety coefficient K are introduced. On the basis of the test, the software named ANSYS Workbench is used for imulation analysis, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental result. The experimental phenomenon and data analysis results show that the structure design of series reactor is reasonable and can meet the seismic performance requirements of the code. This test can provide reference for the performance research of similar power facilities.
