赣南生土建筑抗震性能现状调研与改进建议

【摘要】 为了了解赣南地区生土民居建筑服役多年之后的抗震性能现状,对9个乡镇5000余户生土民居开展了现场调查。调研发现,承重墙体在竖向荷载作用下产生的裂缝是影响生土建筑抗震性能最普遍原因;其次是外墙遭受风雨、日晒侵蚀产生麻面现象和木构件的老化与损坏;再次为墙体表面粉刷层剥落;最后,砌筑泥浆不饱满和砌筑质量参差不齐也是影响抗震性能的重要因素。基于调研结果,从结构、材料、施工三个方面提出了改进生土建筑抗震性能的实用措施。现场调研分析结果可为现有生土建筑加固改造和新建房屋抗震设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the current status of the durability of adobe residential buildings in South Jiangxi province after long-term use, a field investigation is conducted on more than 5,000 adobe houses in 9 towns in this area. The survey results found that: the cracks of load-bearing wall under vertical load are the most important reason for affecting the seismic performance of adobe buildings; the second factor is that the external wall is eroded by wind, rain and sun, which has caused wall-pitting and the aging and damage of wooden members; the third factor is the peeling off of paint layer; finally, not full masonry mud and uneven masonry quality are also important factors that affect durability. Based on the survey results, practical measures to improve the seismic performance of adobe buildings are proposed from three aspects: structure, material, and construction. The results can also provide a basis for the reinforcement of existing adobe buildings and the seismic performance design of new ones.
