北京某地下车库连续倒塌机理分析
Analysis of progressive collapse mechanism of an underground garage in Beijing
【摘要】 简要阐述北京某地库倒塌概况的基础上,对板柱节点的冲切承载能力、地基基础的差异沉降及其对地库顶板的受力影响等进行了分析和验算,并从连续倒塌的角度,对地库倒塌的机理进行了研究探讨,给出了地库倒塌的完整链条。研究结果表明:(1)忽视重载作用下板柱结构的薄膜效应、边支座设计不合理、施工不到位,不能有效提供张拉薄膜的边界约束是造成车库连续倒塌的主要原因;(2)基础形式不一导致的差异沉降进一步加剧了顶板的张拉膜效应是催生此次事故的另一个重要原因。最后,基于本文的研究结果,给出了相应的设计建议和防连续倒塌措施,可供今后同类工程参考借鉴。
【Abstract】 Based on the brief introduction of the collapse of an underground garage in Beijing, the punching shear bearing capacity of slab column joints, the differential settlement of foundation and its influence on the stress of the basement roof are analyzed and checked, the mechanism of basement collapse from the perspective of progressive collapse is studied, and the complete chain of the basement collapse is obtained. The results showed that:(1) ignoring the membrane effects of slab-columns structure under heavy loads, unreasonable design and construction of side support, and invalid boundary constraint of tension membrane is the main reason of the accident;(2) the differential settlement caused by different foundation forms further aggravated the tensile membrane effect of the roof, which is another important reason for the accident. Finally, based on the research results of this paper, the corresponding design suggestions and anti progressive collapse measures are given, which can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
