市政污水顶管遇障碍物处理案例分析

【摘要】 由于地下工程条件的不确定性,顶管施工过程中经常遇到各种障碍,导致无法顺利顶进,需要采取措施解决。广东省江门市某污水处理厂首期工程污水收集管道穿越杜阮河,总长度约70 m,采用DN800 mm钢顶管。在顶进约60 m时遇到障碍物,顶管机头卡住无法继续顶进。经过调查分析,在临近障碍位置河堤内外打拉森钢板桩作为围堰及支护,然后破堤清除障碍物,再由原来的工作井继续顶进至接收井。论文结合该工程实例,介绍了顶管遇到障碍物无法顶进时,为解决问题所采取的针对性措施。

【Abstract】 Due to the uncertainty of underground engineering conditions, various obstacles are often encountered in the process of pipe jacking construction, resulting in the failure of smooth jacking, which needs to be solved by taking measures. The sewage collection pipeline of the first phase project of a sewage treatment plant in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province crosses the Durian River, with a total length of about 70 meters, and DN800 mm steel pipe jacking is adopted. When jacking about 60 meters, the head of pipe jacking machine is stuck and cannot continue jacking. After investigation and analysis, Larsen steel sheet piles were driven inside and outside the embankment near the obstacles as cofferdams and supports, and then the embankment was broken to remove the obstacles, and then the original working well was pushed into the receiving well. Combined with the engineering example, this paper introduces the targeted measures taken to solve the problems when the pipe jacking meets obstacles and cannot be pushed in.
