车辆对桥梁伸缩缝冲击效应的实验研究

【摘要】 为研究车辆经过桥梁伸缩缝时产生的局部冲击效应,建立了车辆与桥梁伸缩缝的缩尺模型进行实验研究。以车辆经过伸缩缝处时的车轮动态轮压作为评价指标,分析伸缩缝宽度、行车速度、小车质量等参数对局部冲击效应的影响。分析结果表明:(1)车辆轮胎荷载的冲击系数随着小车行驶速度的增大而逐渐增大,随着桥梁伸缩缝宽度的增加而逐渐增大,随着小车整体质量的增加而逐渐减小;(2)最大冲击系数可能超过我国桥梁规范给定的数值。

【Abstract】 In order to study the local impact effect when the vehicle passes across the bridge expansion joint, scale models of the vehicle and the bridge expansion joint are fabricated for experimental research. The dynamic wheel impact force of the wheel when the vehicle passes across the expansion joint is taken as the evaluation index to analyze the influence of the parameters on the local impact effect, such as the width of bridge expansion joint, the velocity and the mass of the vehicle. The results of the experiments indicate that:(1)The impact factor of the wheel load of the vehicle increases with the increase of the vehicle velocity, increases with the increase of the gap width in the bridge expansion joint, and decreases with the increase of the mass of the vehicle;(2)The maximum impact coefficient may exceed the value given in the bridge code of China.
