【摘要】 目的:观察硝矾洗剂坐浴联合紫草纱条换药用于混合痔术后的效果。方法:将2021年1月至2022年1月，本院50例混合痔外剥内扎术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各25例。治疗组术后第三天予以硝矾洗剂坐浴联合紫草纱条换药，对照组术后第三天予以1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴联合碘伏纱条换药。比较2组术后水肿评分、创面愈合率及总有效率。结果:治疗后3 d、7 d和14 d,治疗组水肿评分和创面愈合率均优于对照组(P<0.05);临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝矾洗剂坐浴联合紫草纱条换药能有效促进术后创口愈合，改善水肿情况，提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiaofan lotion sitz bath plus puccoon gauze strip dressing exchange after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Randomly divided 50 mixed hemorrhoids patients on who had received surgery(external dissection & internal ligature) in author’s(2021-01-2022-01) into treatment group(25 cases, the 3 day after surgery, adopted Xiaofan lotion sitz bath plus puccoon gauze strip dressing exchange) and control group(25 cases, on the 3 day after surgery, 1∶5000 PP solution sitz bath plus iodophor ganze strip dressing exchange);then, compared both groups’ ratings on edema, healing rate of wound surface, and total effective rate. Results The edema ratings and wound-surface healing rate 3,7,and 14(days) after treatment in treatment group were superior to that in control group(P<0.05),and clinical total effective rate also did(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaofan lotion sitz bath plus puccoon gauze strip dressing exchange can effectively promote wound healing, improve edema condition, and enhance clinical effect.更多还原
