【摘要】 目的：探讨肿痛洗剂在混合痔术后的应用效果以及对血清中表皮生长因子（EGF）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平的影响。方法：将120例混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者采用复方黄柏液坐浴治疗，观察组患者采用肿痛洗剂坐浴治疗，比较2组患者术后疼痛、水肿评分，并检测患者血清中EGF和VEGF水平变化。结果：观察组患者术后7d疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P <0.05），术后2d、14d2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;2组患者术后2d水肿评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），术后7d、14d观察组患者水肿评分低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组患者术后2d、7d和14dEGF和VEGF水平均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：肿痛洗剂坐浴用于混合痔术后患者可明显减轻其疼痛和水肿，促进创面愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application efficacy of the lotion for swelling &pain(Lotion)after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,and its influence on EGF and VEGF. Methods Randomly divided 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in authors’ hospital into control group(60 cases,adopted compound Huangbai liquid for sitz bath)and observation group(60 cases,the Lotion);then compared the score ratings on postoperative pain and edema,as well as the level’s change of EGF and VEGF between the two groups. Results At 2 and 14 days after surgery the ratings on pain of both groups had no statistical difference(P >0.05),but at 7 days the ratings of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05);at 2 days after surgery in the score ratings on edema there was no statistical difference(P >0.05),but at 7 and 14 days after surgery the ratings of observation group was lower than that of control group(P <0.05);the levels of VEGF and EGF in observation group were lower than that in control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The Lotion for sitz bath can significantly relieve pain and edema of the patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and promote their wound-surface healing.更多还原
