【摘要】 目的：观察中药内服外洗联合心理干预治疗慢性肛门湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将52例肛门湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组26例。治疗组采用当归饮子加减内服，止痒洗剂熏洗坐浴联合心理干预治疗，对照组采用氯雷他定片口服联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外涂治疗。比较2组治疗后症状积分改善情况及疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为73.1%，高于对照组的38.5%(P <0.05)；治疗后治疗组症状积分为（2.34±1.12）分，优于对照组的（3.76±1.71）分（P <0.05）。结论：当归饮子加减内服，止痒洗剂外洗联合心理干预治疗慢性肛门湿疹效果确切，能显著改善患者临床症状，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was to investigate the clinical effect of chronic anal eczema(CAE)treated by mental intervention plus oral administration of TCM,as well as washing with it.Methods Randomly divided 52CAE patients into treatment group(26cases,received mental intervention combined with TCM:oral administering modified Danggui Yinzi,and Zhiyang lotion for funing-wash and sitz bath)and control group(26cases,oral administering loratadine tablets and externally painting Azmacort-yikangzuo Crean);then,compared both groups improved accumlated points on symptoms after treatment,and curative effect.Results After treatment,in curative rate,and in the accumulated points of symptoms observation group was respectively higher than and superior to control group [73.1% vs 38.5%,and(2.34±1.12)vs(3.76±1.71)points,P <0.05].Conclusion Mental intervention plus orally administering TCM and washing with it in the treatment of CAE has certain effect,can significantly improve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
