【摘要】 近年来，我国出现了建设考古博物馆的新现象。通过对三家已建考古博物馆特征的实践观察表明，其突出的问题是对考古博物馆概念特别是使命不甚清楚。使命是一个博物馆建设或存在的理由和目标。使命不清，不仅将会导致各地考古博物馆可能的同质化现象，造成区域内考古博物馆与历史博物馆之间的业务重叠和重复建设，而且还会影响到考古资源的有效配置和作用的充分发挥。因此，在没有明确考古博物馆科学概念与独特使命的情况下，应慎建考古博物馆。为了破除考古资源垄断的痼疾，强化考古资源的合理配置，充分发挥考古资源的作用，各级文物主管部门不仅应对考古资源的有效配置和合理利用做出行之有效的制度安排，而且应以使命为导向，加强区域内博物馆事业建设与发展的统一规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, a new phenomenon of constructing "archaeological museums" has emerged in China. Through the practical observation on the characteristics of three established archaeological museums, an outstanding problem can be concluded that the concept of archaeological museum, especially its mission, is vague. The mission of a museum is its reason and goal for construction or existence. Vague mission will not only lead to the similarity of archaeological museums, but also result in business overlap and duplication between archaeological museums and historical museums in the region, thus seriously affecting the effective allocation of archaeological resources and the full play of their roles. Therefore, in the absence of a clear scientific concept and unique mission of the archaeological museum, we should be cautious in building it at the first place. In order to get rid of the chronic problem of archaeological resources monopoly, strengthen the rational allocation of such resources, and give full play to their roles, cultural relics authorities at all levels should not only make effective institutional arrangements to ensure the effective allocation and rational use of archaeological resources, but also reinforce the unified planning of museum construction and development in the region with museum mission as the orientation.更多还原
