【Abstract】 Online confrontation is an important section of online litigation. Online confrontation is divided into synchronous and asynchronous confrontation by People’s Court Rules of Online Litigation. It also has different the picture of practice, characteristics and functional values from traditional confrontation. Due to various subjective and objective reasons, it encountered many difficulties in running the practice, and some problems have also been exposed.
