喷雾参数和助剂对自走式喷杆喷雾机作业药液附着率与玉米螟防效的影响
Effect of Different Spray Parameter and Additives of Self-propelled Boom Sprayer on Pesticide Adhesion Rate and Control Efficacy Against Pyrausta nubilalis
【摘要】 【目的】探明自走式喷杆喷雾机添加喷雾助剂后不同喷雾用水量、喷雾压力对作业药液附着率和玉米螟防治效果的影响,为玉米害虫的高效防治提供依据。【方法】选用XR11002喷头,以5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐可溶粒剂为防治药剂,加入玉米田杀虫剂专用助剂科丰,测定自走式喷杆喷雾机在4个喷雾用水量(15 kg/667m~2、12 kg/667m~2、9 kg/667m~2和6 kg/667m~2)和3个喷雾压力(0.3 MPa、0.4 MPa和0.5 MPa)参数下玉米叶片药液的附着率和对玉米螟的防治效果。【结果】玉米田杀虫剂专用助剂处理的药液附着率和防效均显著高于不加助剂处理,其中喷雾用水量为9 kg/667m~2、喷雾压力为0.5 MPa时,玉米上、中、下3个部位叶面的药液附着率分别达100.00%、94.20%和84.25%,叶背附着率为82.58%、66.63%和54.68%,药后3 d和7 d对玉米螟的防效分别达97.43%和98.88%,喷雾效果最好。【结论】喷雾用水量、压力和喷雾助剂对玉米螟的喷雾效果均有显著影响,在添加玉米田杀虫剂助剂基础上,当喷雾用水量为9 kg/667m~2、喷雾压力为0.5 MPa时能显著提高玉米叶片的药液附着率和对玉米螟的防治效果。
【Abstract】 【Objective】In order to provide the basis for the efficient control and prevention of corn pest, the effects of different spray water consumption and pressure of self-propelled boom sprayer adding spray additives on the pesticide adhesion rate and control efficacy against Pyrausta nubilalis are clarified.【Method】Selecting XR11002 nozzle, 5% emamectin benzoate soluble granules are selected as test agent then added special additive Kefeng for corn insecticide, the effects of 4 spray water consumption(15 kg/667 m2, 12 kg/667 m2, 9 kg/667 m2 and 6 kg/667 m2) and 3 pressure(0.3 MPa, 0.4 MPa and 0.5 MPa) of the self-propelled boom sprayer on the pesticide adhesion rate of corn leaves and control efficacy against P. nubilalis are measured.【Result】The pesticide adhesion rate and control efficacy of special spray additives for corn insecticide are significantly higher than those of the treatment without additives. When spray water consumption and pressure are 9 kg/667 m2 and 0.5 MPa, the adhesion rate of the upper, middle and lower parts of leaf surface is 100.00%, 94.20% and 84.25%, and the adhesion rate in blade back is 82.58%, 66.63% and 54.68%.The control efficacy against P. nubilalis is up to 97.43% and 98.88% on the 3rd day and 7th day after spraying.【Conclusion】Water consumption, pressure and spray additives have significant impact on spray effect of P. nubilalis. Based on the addition of pesticide additives in corn field, the treatment of 9 kg/667 m2 and 0.5 MPa of spray water consumption and pressure can significantly increase the pesticide adhesion rate of corn leaves and the control efficacy against P. nubilalis.
