基于主成分和系统聚类分析法对高粱杂交组合的综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation on Hybrid Combinations of Sorghum bicolor Based on Principle Component Analysis and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis
【摘要】 【目的】筛选优良高粱杂交组合,为杂交高粱品种选育和种质资源创新奠定基础。【方法】采用主成分分析法、系统聚类分析法对18个高粱杂交组合的14个经济性状、农艺性状及品质性状进行综合评价。【结果】通过主成分分析提取前5个主成分,其累计贡献率为83.581%,表现为籽粒产量因子、株型因子、长势因子、品质因子和穗型因子5个因子;系统聚类分析发现,18个高粱杂交组合可分成4个类群,各类群间差异明显,其中,第Ⅲ类群(农6、杂13、杂5、杂10、杂14、杂1、杂9)和第Ⅳ类群(农7、农8、杂4、杂12、杂11、杂8)综合性状较好。【结论】高粱选育和种质资源创新中,可重点围绕籽粒产量因子、株型因子、长势因子、品质因子和穗型因子5个因子进行性状改良与选择。第Ⅲ类和第Ⅳ类群具有较大的生产潜力和育种潜力,可在生产上推广应用。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The new excellent hybrid combinations of Sorghum bicolor are screened to lay the foundation for breeding of hybrid sorghum varieties and innovation of sorghum germplasm resources. 【Method】 14 economic traits, agronomic traits and quality traits of 18 hybrid S. bicolor combinations are comprehensively evaluated by principle component analysis(PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis.【Result】The accumulative contribution rate of the top 5 principle components(yield factor, plant type factor, growth vigour factor, quality factor and ear type factor) selected by PCA reaches 83.581%. The hierarchical cluster analysis shows that 18 hybrid S. bicolor combinations can be divided into 4 groups and there are obvious differences between 4 groups. The comprehensive traits of Group Ⅲ(Nong 6, Za 13, Za 5, Za 10, Za 14, Za 1 and Za 9) and Group Ⅳ(Nong 7, Nong 8, Za 4, Za 12, Za 11 and Za 8) are better.【Conclusion】The trait improvement and selection of sorghum should pay more attention to yield factor, plant type factor, growth vigour factor, quality factor and ear type factor in breeding and germplasm resources innovation of sorghum. Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ with good productive and breeding potentials can be popularized and used in sorghum production.
