红外光谱分析在黑线姬鼠体毛鉴定中的应用
Application of Infrared Spectrum Analysis on Body Hair Identification of Apodemus agrarius
【摘要】 【目的】探明黑线姬鼠(Apodemus agrarius)体毛的特征性图谱,为鼠类种类鉴定提供参考依据。【方法】采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR)对黑线姬鼠背毛及腹毛进行红外光谱检测和分析。【结果】黑线姬鼠背毛的红外光谱在781 cm-1附近出现最强峰,次强峰分别出现在686 cm-1附近及707 cm-1附近;黑线姬鼠腹毛的红外光谱在781 cm-1附近出现最强峰,次强峰分别出现在686 cm-1附近及707 cm-1附近。【结论】黑线姬鼠背毛及腹毛的红外光谱图谱极相似,其背毛和腹毛的红外光谱图可反映出该物种体毛纤维的特征性成分。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The feature spectrogram of Apodemus agrarius body hair is detected to provide the reference basis for identification of rodent species.【Method】The dorsal and abdominal hair of A. agrarius is detected and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).【Result】The strongest and stronger peak of A. agrarius dorsal hair in the infrared spectrogram is near 781 cm-1, and 686 cm-1 and 707 cm-1 respectively. The strongest and stronger peak of A. agrarius abdominal hair in the infrared spectrogram is near 781 cm-1, and 686 cm-1 and 707 cm-1separately.【Conclusion】The infrared spectrogram of A. agrarius dorsal and abdominal hair can reflect the feature component of body hair fiber of A. agrarius because the infrared spectrogram of A. agrarius dorsal and abdominal hair is extremely similar.
