花生组织培养及遗传转化研究进展
Research Progress of Peanut Tissue Culture and Genetic Transformation
【摘要】 本研究阐述了近10年花生组织培养及遗传转化技术的研究进展。花生组织培养技术是不同于常规育种的一种新育种手段,通过对花生组织细胞进行培养,培养过程中产生愈伤组织再分化形成新的花生再生植株。近几年,花生组织培养技术多种再生途径日益成熟,花生组织培养主要研究在于建立高效的花生再生体系,花生外植体研究以胚小叶报道居多。花生遗传转化主要基于花生组织培养技术,现阶段研究以农杆菌介导法为主要转化方法。随着研究的不断发展,花生的组织培养和遗传转化体系也在日益完善,但仍存在转化效率低、成苗体系不完善等问题。建立完整高效再生及遗传转化体系是花生基因工程育种新途径的研究重点。
【Abstract】 This article describes the research progress of peanut tissue culture and genetic transformation technology in past ten years. Peanut tissue culture technology is a new breeding method different from conventional breeding. Callus redifferentiation is generated to form new peanut regeneration plants via cultivating peanut tissue cells. In recent years, a variety of peanut tissue culture techniques are becoming increasingly mature. The main research of peanut tissue culture is to establish an efficient peanut regeneration system and the majority of peanut explant studies were reported in embryo lobules. Peanut genetic transformation is mainly based on peanut tissue culture techniques. At present, the Agrobacterium-mediated method is used as the main transformation method. With the continuous development of the research, the tissue culture and genetic transformation system of peanuts are also increasingly perfect. However, there are still some problems, such as low transformation efficiency and imperfect seedling formation system. The establishment of a complete and efficient regeneration and genetic transformation system is the focus of new ways of peanut genetic engineering breeding.
