【Abstract】 Adherence to the socialist road under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics is an important element of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. The CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core has been constantly exploring and innovating the implementation path to the modernization of China’s rule of law, forming a series of innovative paths featuring the shifts from building a rule of law country to building a rule of law China; from building a legal system to building a rule of law system; from pursuing governance by law to combining rule of law with rule of virtue; from building law-based governance of the country to pursuing the organic unity of law-based governance over the country and rule-based governance over the Party; from developing the national rule of law to coordinating the development of the national rule of law and the regional rule of law; and from developing the domestic rule of law to coordinating the domestic rule of law and the foreign-related rule of law, etc. These diverse new paths are moving forward together, reaching the same goal by different means, and converging to form a new approach to the modernization of China’s rule of law system. The path innovation of the new approach to the modernization of China’s rule of law system highlights the original contribution of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law; shows the trace of the development of the times and the distinctive features of the new approach to the modernization of China’s rule of law system; and promotes the new approach to the modernization of China’s rule of law system to be stable as well as dynamic.更多还原
