【Abstract】 With the global warming, great changes have taken place in the world environment. All countries in the world are actively promoting energ y conser vation and emission reduction policies. China has announced its contribution goals and relevant measures, and set the expected goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.In dustrial energy accounts for about 38% of China’s carbon emissions. Therefore, it is particularly important to pay attention to the reuse of industrial production waste and develop a green circular economy.The design concept of low-carbon and environmental protection is achieved by using the waste leftover materials, waste clothes and other materials after production in the clothing design.
