【Abstract】 Forensic appraisal of the aggression-related injury is a difficult problem in the field of forensic clinical science. However, whether the aggression-related injury is a special term in the field has not been demonstrated. Its definition, connotation, location, morphological characteristics and identification methods have not been studied. The admissibility of relevant expert opinions has not been explored. By sorting out and analyzing the relevant forensic literature and judgments, this paper discusses the above problems, and suggests the appraisal strategy under different conditions.更多还原
