【摘要】 新冠疾病(COVID-19)传染性强,潜伏期长,已在全球快速蔓延,给司法鉴定带来新的挑战。本文对COVID-19疫情下法医精神病鉴定的日常工作相关环节如何避免感染,COVID-19导致的器质性与功能性精神损伤特点及其损伤/伤残评定,COVID-19与精神卫生医疗机构医疗纠纷的防范及法医学鉴定思路等方面进行了探讨,并提出相应建议,以期增进鉴定机构、鉴定人和精神卫生医疗机构防范感染及化解纠纷的风险意识,根据疫情变化做好应对预案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19) is globally pandemic with great infectivity and long incubation period. It brings great challenge to the practice of forensic science. In this paper, we discussed how to avoid infection during the daily work of forensic psychiatry under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic, the characteristics of organic and/or functional mental injury/disability caused by COVID-19 and its evaluation, as well as the prevention and forensic identification of the potential medical tangle caused by COVID-19 in mental health institutions. The aim of this paper is to promote the risk awareness of the infection and potential medical disputes for the the forensic institutions, experts and mental health institutions,and to facilitate the prevention of infection and self-protection during daily work according to the epidemic status.更多还原
