【摘要】 目的 探讨益气化湿解毒汤加减治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2019年10月—2021年10月我院收治的86例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为两组，各43例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用益气化湿解毒汤加减治疗，均持续用药6周。比较两组HPV转阴率、炎症因子水平、免疫功能以及不良反应。结果 治疗6周后，观察组HPV转阴率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗6周后超敏C反应蛋白（4.25±0.58）mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(49.14±4.83)ng/mL、白细胞介素-6(32.42±3.85)pg/mL均低于对照组的（5.87±1.14）mg/L、（55.73±5.14）ng/mL、（38.96±4.05）pg/mL，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗6周后CD3~+(66.78±5.46)%、CD4~+(42.65±4.07)%、CD4~+/CD8~+(1.84±0.31)均高于对照组的（61.33±5.28）%、（37.51±3.89）%、（1.45±0.26）,CD8~+(23.21±2.25)%低于对照组的（25.84±2.39）%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 益气化湿解毒汤加减可提高慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者的HPV转阴率，减轻宫颈炎症反应，促进机体免疫功能恢复，且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of modification of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with human papilloma virus(HPV) infection. Methods 86 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated by HPV infection who were admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b, and the observation group was additionally treated with modification of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups continued to take the drug for6 weeks. The HPV negative rate, inflammatory factor levels, immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the negative rate of HPV in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group after 6 weeks of treatment were(4.25±0.58)mg/L,(49.14±4.83)ng/mL,(32.42±3.85)pg/mL, respectively, which were lower than(5.87±1.14)mg/L,(55.73±5.14)ng/mL,(38.96±4.05)pg/mL of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the CD3~+, CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+in the observation group were(66.78±5.46)%,(42.65±4.07)%, and(1.84±0.31), respectively, which were higher than(61.33±5.28)%,(37.51±3.89)%,(1.45±0.26) in the control group, CD8~+was(23.21±2.25)%, which was lower than(25.84±2.39)% of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The modification of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction can improve the HPV negative rate of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated by HPV infection, reduce cervical inflammatory response, and promote the recovery of immune function, and it is safe and reliable.更多还原
