【摘要】 目的 探讨冰硝散联合穴位贴敷对老年全膝关节置换术（TKA）后膝关节功能康复的影响。方法 选取2021年1—10月该院收治的行TKA的老年患者60例，按照治疗方法的不同分为两组，各30例。对照组给予术后常规康复治疗联合冰袋冷敷，观察组给予术后常规康复治疗、冰硝散外敷联合穴位贴敷治疗。对比两组疼痛程度、肿胀程度、膝关节功能。结果 术后3、7 d，观察组视觉模拟评分（VAS）均低于对照组，患侧髌上10 cm及髌下10 cm手术前后周径差均小于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后7 d美国特种外科医院（HSS）膝关节功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后3个月，观察组HSS膝关节功能评分高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 冰硝散联合穴位贴敷能够有效减轻老年TKA患者术后膝关节疼痛及肿胀程度，促进膝关节功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of Bingxiao Powder combined with acupoint sticking on functional rehabilitation of knee joint in elderly patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA). Methods 60 elderly patients who underwent TKA in the hospital from January to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given post-operativec onventional rehabilitation combined with ice pack cold compress, and the observation group was given post-operativec onventional rehabilitation, Bingxiao Powder external application combined with acupoint sticking therapy. The pain, swelling and knee function were compared between the two groups. Results At the 3 and 7 days after operation, the visual analogue scale(VAS) score were lower than those of the control group, and the difference of the peripheral diameter of 10 cm above the patella and 10 cm below the patella the affected side between before and after surgery in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05); the knee joint function score of American hospital for special surgery(HSS) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 7 days after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); at 3 months after operation, the knee joint function score of HSS of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion Bingxiao Powder combined with acupoint application can effectively reduce the pain and swelling of elderly patients after TKA, promote the recovery of knee joint function.更多还原
