【摘要】 脑卒中是临床常见的脑血管疾病，具有发病急、进展迅速等特点，可严重损伤患者神经功能，若治疗不及时，则可遗留不同程度的后遗症，降低患者的生活质量。肢体功能障碍是脑卒中患者的常见后遗症之一，其中又以上肢功能障碍最为多见，主要表现为上肢活动受限。上肢具有灵活性的特点，可进行多种精细化操作，一旦上肢功能出现障碍，则可严重降低患者的日常生活能力，对生活质量造成较大影响。目前，针对脑卒中患者后期康复治疗的手段主要有物理因子治疗、运动想象疗法、强制性运动疗法、虚拟现实技术、镜像疗法、针灸、神经发育疗法等，各种康复疗法在临床应用各有侧重，多疗法的联合应用为脑卒中后上肢及手功能的康复治疗提供新思路。鉴于此，本文就近年来康复治疗在脑卒中患者上肢功能康复中的应用研究进展进行综述，旨在为临床提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease in clinic, characterized by acute onset and rapid progress, which can seriously damage the neurological function of patients. If the treatment is not timely, sequelae of varying degrees can be left and the quality of life of patients can be reduced. Limb dysfunction is one of the common sequelae of stroke patients,among which upper limb dysfunction is the most common, mainly manifested as limited upper limb movement. The upper limb has the characteristics of flexibility, can carry out a variety of fine operations, once the upper limb dysfunction, it can seriously reduce the daily living ability of patients, the quality of life has a greater impact. At present, the post-stroke rehabilitation treatment methods mainly include physical factor therapy, motor imagery therapy, compulsory exercise therapy,virtual reality technology, mirror therapy, acupuncture, neurodevelopmental therapy, etc. Various rehabilitation therapies have different focuses in clinical application, and the combined application of multiple therapies provides new ideas for rehabilitation of upper limb and hand function after stroke. In view of this, this paper reviews the research progress of rehabilitation therapy in upper limb function rehabilitation of stroke patients in recent years, aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.更多还原
